The clear Jerusalem artichoke schnapps (Schönling) is partly refined and enriched. In addition to raspberries, it results in the fruity darling or refined with bloodroot and candy the blank. All three have an alcohol content of 40%. The Freundling is a liqueur distilled according to a recipe of Prof. G. Bärwald and contains herbs based on the principles of Hildegard von Bingen.
