Since 2008 we have been passionately dedicated to the cultivation and processing of this forgotten bulbous plant. As an organically certified family business, we work together with other partners in Germany and pay attention to sustainability and fair treatment. Our range includes Germany's largest selection of Jerusalem artichoke products, which we are happy to develop and offer. With our own variety garden, we are also actively involved in preserving variety diversity, . Fresh Jerusalem artichokes and tubers are only available from October to April!
