Gute Entscheidung
Vor 1 Woche habe ich das Granulat erhalten. Ich verwende es hauptsächlich zum Müsli, aber auch gerne in der Gemüsepfanne, im Salat und auch etwas in der Suppe. Das Granulat ist sehr vielseitig zu verwenden, sehr gut verträglich und unterstützt ganz sicher eine gesunde Ernährung. Bemerkt habe ich, seit ich auch die Bio-Tabletten (habe ich gleich mitbestellt) nehme, dass ich kaum Hunger auf etwas Süßes habe und somit auch weniger Zucker zu mir nehme. Wie es sich auf das Diabetes auswirkt, wird sich erst in ein paar Wochen heraus stellen. Erst dann wird die Blutuntersuchung durchgeführt.
