Es soll den Blutzucker senken, also ideal für Diabetes 2. Und genau das macht es auch!! Schon nach ein paar Tagen war mein Blutzucker im Normbereich. Also sehr zu empfehlen. Habe jetzt auch die Knollen bestellt und eingepflanzt, ich denke im Winter nach der Ernte werden sie meinen Speiseplan günstig beeinflussen. Eben Mutter Natur !!!

Seit 1 Woche nehme ich die Bio-Tabletten. Angefangen habe ich mit jeweils 3 Stück morgens und abends. Die Tabletten sind zum einen sehr gut verträglich und unterstützen eine gesunde Ernährung. Bemerkt habe ich, seit ich die Tabletten nehme, dass ich kaum etwas Süßes zu mir nehme. Wie es sich auf das Diabetes auswirkt, kann ich im Moment noch nicht bewerten, da erst nächsten Monat die Blutuntersuchung ansteht.
