Unique to the topinambur feinbitter liqueur is that only the fruit sweetness of the Jerusalem artichoke tuber is used. There is no added sugar.

The recipe composition of Prof. Dr. med. Bärwald from fine herbs, gives the spicy, finely bitter taste.

To preserve the stomach-friendly function of Jerusalem artichoke and the antioxidants it contains, it is only roughly filtered.
