Natural enjoyment from the Allgäu

Our organic walnuts come directly from our farm in the Allgäu. The nuts are hand-picked and sorted and we air-dry them in the traditional, loving way. The organic walnuts are a true taste experience. Grown and harvested with careful handwork, we offer the freshness and quality that only a family business can offer. Our walnuts are not only delicious, but also full of healthy nutrients. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber, which can have positive effects. The shell also protects the nuts from external influences so that they retain their full taste and freshness. Enjoy this fresh nut as a snack, in muesli or salads, or use it in your favorite recipes. We are proud to offer a piece of Allgäu nature. By the way, a combination with Jerusalem artichoke is excellent!

A positive future

In autumn 2023 we will plant over 35 walnut trees in three different varieties on our farm. Walnuts and Jerusalem artichokes complement each other perfectly, they are very healthy, go well with the Allgäu and can enable our small farm to survive in the future. We are pleased that we can make a valuable contribution to sustainable development and to nature and species protection. Thank you for supporting us!
