A classic strain for the topinambour lover

The Jerusalem artichokes are especially important as healthy and valuable vegetables. With the variety "Gute Gelbe" we offer you an old, proven classic variety. The plant grows up to 3.5m, so it needs a lot of space. It forms tasty, elongated about fist-sized tubers. Flowering time from mid-September to the deep autumn.

True flowers

Topinambur is convincing in the kitchen and there are many different recipes. Topinambur thrives in the garden with its many golden flowers. Incidentally, Jerusalem artichokes are excellent as a cut flower and last up to 2 weeks in the vase.
